For our office in Lommel we are looking for a **Management Accountant**
**Job Overview**:
- Assist in the production of timely and accurate Monthly Management Accounts (Including P&L, Fixed Assets Register, Capex Review)
- Produce timely and accurate weekly/monthly management information and commercial performance reviews
- Develop reports and analysis to drive forward commercial understanding, business performance and help make commercial decisions on key measures such as customer type, price group, product and mix of supply
- Control and manage monthly provisions for inclusion in periodic management accounts
- Provide timely and accurate ad hoc reporting to Senior Management and Group Board members
- Analysis and reporting of revenue, costs and profitability across product range and customer mix
- Evaluation of new customers and future business opportunities
- Assist the Plant Financial Controller with review/ analysis of operational costs as well as margins, providing insight to the Commercial and Operational teams
- Support initiatives and drive systems/process to remove manual and repetitive tasks, improve analysis and information for decision making and further developments in line with business strategy
- Weekly reporting schedules as well as production of weekly sales reports
- Assist with managing the demand planning process, co-ordinating with Commercial Teams as well as finance
- Provide Insight to discuss impacts of changes to the forecast
- Review and challenge accuracy of forecasting
- Provide variance analysis of actuals vs budget and variations
- Supporting the budgeting process
- Any other duties as the business requires
**Specialized Qualifications/ Skills**:
- Recognised accounting qualification;
- 1-2 years post qualified experience;
- Advanced Excel skills; system experience an advantage;
- Strong analysis skills, able to analyse and interpret critical information
- Experience in manufacturing would be highly desirable although not essential

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
