**Description du profil**:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

You will oversee accounting operations for our DUTCH MARKET. Based in
Belgium, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial
reporting, compliance, and supporting the transition from NAVISION to
JD EDWARDS (JDE) ERP system.

DAILY / WEEKLY TASKS
- Process bank statements in Navision
- Perform accounts receivable (AR) matching
- Execute weekly payment cycles and manage direct debits

MONTHLY TASKS
- Prepare monthly closings and upload group reporting
- Submit Dutch VAT ICP, Intrastat, deposit (Statiegeld), and free

bottles reports
- Manage factoring and cash pooling; submit liquidity reports
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and perform balance sheet reviews
- Prepare and submit intercompany reconciliation reports

QUARTERLY / ANNUAL TASKS
- Submit quarterly VAT returns
- Support the annual dividend distribution process

AD HOC TASKS
- Respond to audit queries (tax, statutory, transfer pricing)
- Handle administrative duties for Dutch entities (e.g., DoA, Chamber

of Commerce)
- Implement and document internal processes and controls
- Provide reporting support to the sales and key account management

teams

YOUR PROFILE
- Solid understanding of DUTCH VAT and compliance regulations
- Experience with NAVISION is preferred; JDE experience is a plus
- Proficiency in EXCEL (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills in DUTCH AND ENGLISH; French is a

plus
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 YEARS' EXPERIENCE in a similar role
