**QA Manager**
**MISSION**:
Au sein de l’équipe, elle sera chargée de faire vivre, de maintenir et d’améliorer les différents systèmes qualité de l’entreprise (ISO 9001 et FSSC 22000), ainsi que de participer de manière active aux diverses activités du département.
**TACHES PRINCIPALES**:
Maintenir et d’améliorer les différents systèmes qualité de l’entreprise (ISO 9001 et FSSC 22000, ainsi que l’autocontrôle (G-022 & G-039).
Avoir un rôle moteur pour l’obtention de nouvelles certifications.
Amélioration des processus et de la qualité.
Réaliser les audits internes.
Gestion des réclamations internes et externes. Sera l’interlocuteur privilégié du Customer Service.
Connaissance significative et pratique en Contrôle Qualité pour interagir et travailler avec les autres membres de l’équipe au quotidien.
Participer au travail du laboratoire de l’entreprise.
Interagir et travailler en collaboration avec le QC & Safety manager et les autres membres de l’équipe.
Dans le futur, le poste est destiné à évoluer avec des responsabilités supplémentaires de management au sein du département.
**QUALIFICATIONS REQUISES POUR LA FONCTION**:
Master en technologie alimentaire avec 2 à 5 ans d’expérience en assurance qualité et/ou laboratoire de contrôle qualité dans l’industrie alimentaire.
Connaissance des outils Office
