**We are looking for a Global Product Specialist who is passionate, agile, and customer-focused to join us in our Product Management team, based in our**Mechelen and Brugge** office**s** in Belgium.**

**About the role**

You will be working in a team that is responsible for implementing projects, coordinating with international customers, and ensuring timely project delivery. You will develop an in-depth understanding of our dialysis software solutions and collaborate closely with various teams to accelerate the international implementation of Nipro’s NephroFlow dialysis management software (NephroFlow Product Suite - Dialysis management software | Software for dialysis clinics)

**What you’ll do**

Implementation services (50%)
- Onboard new customers: Co-create project plans and follow up
- Coordinate technical tasks performed by specialists (server installation, testing of integrations)
- Provide product training and technical advice to team members and end users
- Support and work alongside local and regional product specialists during project deployments
- Implement and validate workflows
- Provide support and guidance before, during, and after go-live

Customer engagement (25%)
- Visit centers using NephroFlow to evaluate user satisfaction
- Provide training for software upgrades
- Gather and analyze customer feedback for product enhancements
- Join account managers in customer visits to upsell new software modules and features
- Work with the marketing team to develop effective product marketing strategies

Pre-sales (25%)
- Provide technical pre-sales support (product demonstrations, sales presentations, solution design)
- Develop and exchange best practices with local product specialists, partner success team, and project managers
- Monitor market trends and competitor products to inform product development and marketing strategies
- Execute market and project analysis to understand market requirements

**What you’ll need**
- Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Product Specialist, preferably in the healthcare software industry
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the healthcare industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, technical proficiency with software products, and the ability to work independently and responsibly
- Strong drive, passion, dynamism, accountability, and willingness to make things happen
- Fluent in English & French; Spanish is a strong asset
- Willingness to travel internationally as required (50%)
