Als Functional Analyst bij Agilitas Group speel je een cruciale rol bij het vertalen van wensen naar concrete business cases en werk je nauw samen met product owners. Je vertaalt deze behoeften naar functionele analyses en samen met het ontwikkel - en testteams zorg je ervoor dat projecten succesvol worden afgerond. Klinkt dit iets voor jou? **Functie informatie**: Ben jij bedreven in het analyseren en optimaliseren van complexe bedrijfsprocessen? Heb je ervaring met het uitwerken van functionele analyses en ben je bekend met methodologieën zoals UML, BPMN, en Agile development? En dit allemaal binnen de dynamische wereld van HR? Dan kan dit wel iets voor jou zijn - Ervaring met het opstellen van functionele analyses en documentatie van bedrijfsprocessen. - Kennis van tools zoals Atlassian Confluence en ervaring met DevOps is een pluspunt. - Minimum bachelor denkniveau vereist, bij voorkeur met een Prince 2 certificering. - In staat om functionele testen te schrijven binnen een testplan. - Goede planning - en projectmanagementvaardigheden worden gewaardeerd. - Sterk in mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatie, en in staat om complexe inzichten helder over te brengen. - Doorzettingsvermogen, probleemoplossend vermogen en respect voor deadlines zijn essentieel. - Proactieve en resultaatgerichte teamspeler. - Accuraat werken, zelfs onder druk, is een must. - Kan effectief prioriteiten stellen en naadloos schakelen tussen verschillende taken. - Geen negen-tot-vijf mentaliteit, flexibiliteit en bereidheid om anderen te helpen zijn belangrijk. - Vloeiende beheersing van Nederlands en Engels is vereist.
