For a Belgian consultancy company, I am looking for an International Corporate Tax Manager of as from 10 years’ experience. French or Dutch speaking with a very good knowledge of English. In Brussels.

**COMPANY DESCRIPTION**:
My client is a multidisciplinary consultancy firm that provides tax and accounting services in Belgium and abroad, for middle size, large and multinational companies, counting more than 80 people and part of international network, with offices in Brussels & Antwerp.

**FUNCTION**:
As International Corporate Tax Manager:

- You will provide tax advice and assistance in any international corporate tax matters, litigation or advance ruling at national and international level
- You will manage and develop a team of 5 people consisting in senior and junior tax Consultants dealing with Corporate Tax law, Group Taxation, EU Tax rules, Double Tax Treaties, BEPS, Transfer Pricing or Innovation Tax Incentives
- You will work directly with the Partner, as her right hand, and participate to the strategy and work process of the team
- You will benefit of the high value collaboration of the Tax Team in different expertise such as M&A, Transfer Pricing, Estate Planning and VAT
- You will be responsible of the development of existing and new clients
- You will have the opportunity to become Director or Partner
**SEARCHED PROFILE**:

- Master Degree in Law or Economics. Complementary education in Tax is a plus
- As from 10 years‘ experience in (International) Corporate Tax
- French or Dutch speaking, fluent in English
- At ease with clients contact and business developments, with entrepreneurial skills
- People management experience and skills
