Overview PwC Belgium is looking for a Global Tax (Senior) Manager to lead client service and tax solutions in Belgian corporate and international tax matters. The role involves advising multinational clients, managing disputes, leading projects, coaching the team, and driving business development. Responsibilities Advising multinational clients on Belgian corporate income tax and international tax strategy and policy, including obtaining rulings with tax authorities. Supporting clients with tax disputes and pursuing resolution through appeals and mutual agreement procedures. Leading projects in a structured, critical and creative manner to meet client needs. Expanding knowledge of Belgian corporate and international tax, and sharing expertise with the team. Building a professional network and managing current client relationships to uncover business opportunities. Assuring service delivery meets high quality standards while leading a client‑service team. Actively coaching the Global Tax team to contribute to the practice’s development. Qualifications Relevant experience in‑house, at a Big‑4, law firm or with tax authorities. Master’s degree in Tax Law, Business Engineering, Finance, Economics or a similar discipline; a postgraduate qualification in tax law is an asset. Strong interest in business and corporate strategy. Strong analytical abilities. Interest in working in an international environment. Fluent in Dutch or French; English is mandatory. Excellent written communication to explain complex concepts clearly. Attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Effective teamwork and communication skills. Willingness to coach junior tax professionals.
