What your future may hold As an Attorney Corporate tax, you will have, among others, the following responsibilities: provide strategic tax advice across a wide range of transactions, including M&A, real estate, fund structuring, financing, and family-owned business advisory; work with high-profile clients across various sectors, often in the lead role on matters that require advanced structuring and creative thinking; coordinate closely with colleagues from other departments (Corporate, Real Estate, etc.) to provide integrated, business-focused solutions; supervise and mentor junior team members, delegate research tasks, and review their contributions to ensure high-quality output; assist clients in their various contacts with the tax administration (including the Ruling Commission); actively contribute to client meetings and advisory work, both written and oral, in a pragmatic, hands-on style. Your skillset Belgian law degree and an additional Taxation degree (or an academic curriculum with Master courses equivalent to such a degree). Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in corporate tax. Demonstrated ability to handle complex legal issues, with a pragmatic and strategic mindset. Strong communication skills and ability to operate both independently and in a team setting. The ability to take on a leading role within the team and, as a result, manage client-facing interactions. You have excellent spoken and written skills in Dutch and you have a very good written and oral command of French and English.
