You will play a key role in supporting M&A transactions and providing valuable insights to clients.Performing tax due diligence for mergers and acquisitions.Assisting in designing acquisition and financing structures.Contributing to corporate and real estate (re)structuring.Collaborating with senior team members on complex tax issues.Remaining abreast of relevant tax legislation and changes.Providing clear, concise tax advice to clients across various sectors.Managing client relationships and contributing to the development of tax strategies.Working closely with legal, finance, and other teams to ensure project execution.Your profileYou have a master degree in Law, Applied Economics, or Finance; a complementary master's degree in taxation is a strong plus.You have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in taxation, for example, at a Big 4 firm or in the tax department of a law firm.You are dynamic, open to change, and enjoy a fast-paced work environment.You have strong communication skills and a keen interest in working with people.You have a good sense of humor and enjoy a collaborative work environment.You speak perfect Dutch OR French.You are eager to learn and want to grow within the organization.What's on offerThe position offers a great work environment where hard work is balanced with respect for personal time.
