Als Partner Corporate tax: Ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer en de uitbouw van bestaande en nieuwe klantenrelaties Speel je een trekkersrol in het Corporate Tax adviseringsteam Werk je aan complexe fiscale dossiers, met bijzondere aandacht voor fiscale begeleiding van fusies, overnames en herstructureringen, alsook advisering in de fiscale aspecten van holdings en andere vennootschapsstructuren, voornamelijk voor KMO’s en familiebedrijven Zet je de strategische lijnen uit van dossiers en begeleid je cliënten op een pragmatische en oplossingsgerichte manier Werk je nauw samen met collega’s en coach je medewerkers Houd je vakkennis up-to-date via deelname aan interne en externe opleidingen, vakgroepen en seminaries Herken je jezelf hierin? Je beschikt over een masterdiploma rechten, bij voorkeur met specialisatie fiscaal recht of aanvullende fiscale opleiding Je hebt minstens 8 jaar ervaring in fiscaliteit - binnen of buiten de advocatuur Sterke analytische en strategische vaardigheden; je denkt oplossingsgericht en hebt een helikopterview Je hebt kennis van en ervaring met vennootschapsbelasting, personenbelasting, internationaal fiscaal recht en/of registratie- en successierechten Je bent een teamspeler met zin voor initiatief en ondernemersmentaliteit Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands. Kennis van het Frans is een plus Onze klant Een gespecialiseerd advocatenkantoor in fiscaal en juridisch advies, gedreven door een sterk groeiverhaal. Het kantoor richt zich vooral op KMO’s en familiebedrijven en staat bekend om zijn pragmatische en kwaliteitsgerichte aanpak.
