Het Tomorrowland Fund is een ecosysteem van creatieve en innovatieve festival
- en eventbedrijven waarin Tomorrowland investeert om toekomstige groei en integratie te bevorderen.
Tomorrowland is op zoek naar een hands-on operationele Project Manager die met energie en daadkracht ondersteuning biedt aan de verschillende portfolio bedrijven. Als bruggenbouwer tussen de bedrijven, het Fund team en Tomorrowland zelf, zorg je voor structuur, optimalisaties en operationele excellentie. Bovendien creëer je veel waarde in verschillende bedrijfsondersteunend functies (HR, Legal, Finance, etc.).
**VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN**
- Je coördineert en ondersteunt de dagelijkse operaties binnen de portfolio bedrijven van het Tomorrowland Fund.
- Je neemt proactief de verantwoordelijkheid voor bedrijfsondersteunende functies zoals HR, Finance en Legal.
- In HR analyseer je de teamstructuur en behoeften, stel je vacatures op, ondersteun je bij de selectie, werving en onboarding van kandidaten, en regel je payroll.
- In Legal stel je juridische contracten op, zoals klantoffertes en commerciële contracten, en stem je deze af tussen managementteams en externe advocatenkantoren.
- In Finance optimaliseer je de financiële werkprocessen, beheert het cashflowbeheer en stelt budgetten op.
- Je stroomlijnt processen en voert verbeteringen door die de efficiëntie binnen de organisatie verhogen.
- Je fungeert als eerste aanspreekpunt voor ideeën, vragen of uitdagingen tussen Tomorrowland en de portfolio bedrijven, en omgekeerd.
- Als liaison verbind je de portfolio bedrijven met verschillende Tomorrowland-afdelingen, zoals Productie, Operations, HR, Finance, Legal en IT.
- Je identificeert nieuwe kansen en optimalisaties, zowel binnen de bedrijven zelf, tussen de bedrijven onderling, als tussen de bedrijven en Tomorrowland.
- Je rapporteert periodiek aan de directie van Tomorrowland.
**MUST-HAVES**
- Je hebt een Bachelor of Master in Bedrijfskunde, Eventmanagement of een soortgelijke richting.
- Minimaal vijf jaar ervaring in een operationele rol, zoals COO of Consultant, met aantoonbare expertise in bedrijfsondersteunende functies (bijvoorbeeld HR, Finance of Legal).
- Een allround profiel met een brede skillset en het vermogen om moeiteloos te schakelen tussen strategisch denken en uitvoering.
- Je bent hands-on, neemt verantwoordelijkheid en bent niet bang om zelf de mouwen op te stropen.
- Sterk analytisch vermogen waarmee je snel schakelt en gefocust blijft, zelfs in een dynamische en snel veranderende omgeving.
- Een natuurlijke people-manager die teams weet te motiveren en begeleiden.
- Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, wat je in staat stelt om effectief stakeholdermanagement te doen op C-level niveau. Je communiceert vloeiend in het Nederlands en Engels; kennis van Frans is een pluspunt.
- Flexibiliteit en het vermogen om te presteren onder strakke deadlines behoren tot jouw kernkwaliteiten.

- Affiniteit met de festivalscene of creatieve industrie.
- Ervaring met schaalbare processen in snelgroeiende bedrijven.
- Kennis van HR- of juridische processen in de entertainmentsector.
- Ervaring met duurzaamheid en innovatieprojecten.
