Description
The Tomorrowland Fund is an ecosystem of creative and innovative festival and event companies in which Tomorrowland invests to foster future growth and integration.

Tomorrowland is looking for a hands-on operational Project Manager to provide energy and decisive support to the various portfolio companies. As a bridge builder between the companies, the Fund team and Tomorrowland itself, you will provide structure, optimizations and operational excellence. Moreover, you create a lot of value in various business support functions (HR, Legal, Finance, etc.).

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- You will coordinate and support day-to-day operations within the Tomorrowland Fund portfolio companies.
- You proactively take responsibility for business support functions such as HR, Finance and Legal.
- In Legal, you draft and coordinate legal contracts, such as client quotes and commercial contracts, between management teams and external law firms.
- In Finance, you optimize financial work processes, manage cash flow management and set budgets.
- You streamline processes and implement improvements that increase efficiency within the organization.
- You act as the first point of contact for ideas, questions or challenges between Tomorrowland and the portfolio companies, and vice versa.
- As a liaison, you will connect the portfolio companies with various Tomorrowland departments, such as Production, Operations, HR, Finance, Legal and IT.
- You identify new opportunities and optimizations, both within the companies themselves, between the companies, and between the companies and Tomorrowland.
- You will report periodically to Tomorrowland's management.

**MUST-HAVES**
- You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Event Management or similar field.
- At least five years of experience in an operational role, such as COO or Consultant, with proven expertise in business support functions (e.g. HR, Finance or Legal).
- An all-round profile with a broad skillset and the ability to shift effortlessly between strategic thinking and execution.
- You are hands-on, take responsibility and are not afraid to roll up your own sleeves.
- Strong analytical skills that allow you to shift gears quickly and stay focused, even in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
- A natural people-manager who knows how to motivate and guide teams.
- You have excellent communication skills, which enables you to do effective stakeholder management at C-level. You communicate fluently in Dutch and English; knowledge of French is a plus.
- Flexibility and the ability to perform under tight deadlines are among your core qualities.

**NICE-TO-HAVES**
- Affinity with the festival scene or creative industry.
- Experience with scalable processes in high-growth companies.
- Knowledge of HR or legal processes in the entertainment industry.
- Experience with sustainability and innovation projects.
