**Organisatie omschrijving**: The project currently progresses in the concept and design phase. A lot of documentation is to be created, checked & approved in light of the upcoming tender phase for the HVAC & HVDC offshore infrastructure.

The Lead Offshore Civil Works
- Reports to the AC substation package manager
- Works in a multidisciplinary teams together with, amongst others, Project Leaders substation, the Island package manager and engineers, experts, procurements officers, HSE experts, PMO officer,...
- **You will take the lead during tender, design & execution phase of the civil works on the Island**:

- **You will coordinate the offshore Civil Works scope on the island (foundations, roads, sewage, cable ducts,... on the island).**
- Write specifications, using concepts, procedures, codes & standards
- Manage study contracts
- Coordinate the tender for the offshore civil works
- Review and full up of the design
- In a later phase: manage the execution of these works
- Manage cost, schedule and risks of your scope
- Align interfaces with the other disciplines (AC substation, utilities, DC substation, island,...)
- You have at least 8 years of relevant working experience:

- Experience in the offshore sector
- Experience with concrete foundations and/or structure

- Education: Civil Engineer (Master);
- Experience in writing technical specifications and/or technical reports
- Experience in managing contracts
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Working structured and precise
- Fluent in English and Dutch, French is a plus
- Full time
- Main office in Brussels, however site visits will be required during project execution.
- Preferably full time resident in Belgium
- Possible short business trips to contractors, vendors, clients,...
