**Functie**:
Je staat in voor diverse aankopen van goederen, werken en diensten binnen een industriële omgeving.Het takenpakket omvat onder meer:

- Het prijsvraag-proces volledig begeleiden, de bijdrage van de aankoper zal variëren afhankelijk van de complexiteit van de dossiers;
- Het respecteren van de strategie in uw technische aankoop gebieden:

- Technische investeringen
- Levering van technisch materiaal en gereedschap
- Het toepassen van een gepaste onderhandelingstactiek teneinde het meest gunstige oplossing voor onze klant te vinden;
- Ondersteuning bij de besluitvorming gebaseerd op de Total Cost of Ownership
- Het tijdig detecteren van de aankoopbehoefte van de interne klanten op basis van data-analyse en regelmatige contacten;
- Het creëren van voldoende marktopening door enerzijds de interne vraag te challengen en zo correct mogelijk te beschrijven en anderzijds de nodige interesse van de markt tijdig te ontwikkelen;
- Het bijwerken van de technische en commerciële specificaties in functie van het beoogde resultaat;
- Het beheren van de lopende contracten tijdens de duurtijd ervan (claims, mogelijke heronderhandelingen, naleving van termijnen) in overleg met de interne klanten;
- Het definiëren en opmaken van een visie m.b.t. het aankopen van bepaalde categorieën van diensten en goederen op termijn (cfr. Aankoopplan)

**Functie-eisen**:

- Je bent Master in de Industriële Wetenschappen, in de Toegepaste Economische Wetenschappen of gelijkaardig, met een professionele ervaring van minstens 10 jaar, bij voorkeur in een industriële omgeving;
- Je hebt ervaring met de onderhandelingen;
- Kennis van openbare aanbestedingsprocedures is een troef;
- Ervaring met technische aankopen is een troef ;
- Je bezit goede redactionele vaardigheden (je kan vlot overweg met contractuele teksten);
- Je bent proactief, assertief, diplomatisch en oplossingsgericht;
- Je bent een teamplayer die organisatorisch sterk en stressbestendig is;
- Je beheerst vlot het Nederlands en het Frans en hebt goede kennis van het Engels;
- Je werkt vlot met MS Office en bureauticatools en ervaring met SAP zet je vlotter op weg;
- Je hebt een rijbewijs B.
