_For a Business & Family Advisory company in Brussels, LegalUp Talents is looking for an Estate Planner speaking fluently French and/or Dutch & English._ Our client is a Business & Family Advisory company, advising clientele (often international) from a Belgian and/or foreign tax, legal and wealth perspective. As independent and trusted advisors of choice for families and businesses, they work with Ultra-High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWI’s) & family business owners (FBO’s) to help them plan, structure, manage, sustain and preserve their wealth and success across generations and geographies. They blend experience, expertise and imagination to craft and develop uniquely personalized solutions that reflect individual desires and long and short-term needs of businesses and families. Founded 10 years ago, the company is based in Belgium & Luxembourg and practices throughout Europe, hand in hand with its clients, and has developed a large international network of trusted advisors. As part of the strengthening of its activities, our client is looking for an Estate Planner to join its team of specialists, in order to continue to offer high value-added wealth solutions to its clients. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Providing expert advice in Legal & Tax matters to the clients
- Analysis of personal & professional clients’ assets according to the tax & legal environment
- Taking into consideration all the elements needed to draft a note or recommendation on Legal & Tax aspects for clients
- Providing this service in full compliance with the client's interests & applicable regulations
- Monitoring International Legal & Tax developments
- Managing the implementation of the proposed solutions with the various stakeholders (notary, lawyer, bank, accountant, etc.) MUST HAVE
- Master in Law
- 5 to 20+ years' experience Estate Planning
- Within a family office, law firm, Notary office, private bank or consulting company
- French or Dutch, with English Fluent
- Writing, communication & interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical, organizational & synthesis skills
- Autonomous, proactive & rigorous
- Solutions driven
- Appetite for numbers NICE TO HAVE
- Complementary master in Tax and/or Notary
- Dutch or French knowledge
