**Beschrijving**
For ne of our clients, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Expert.
Together with your colleagues and the management:
- You’ll actively participate in the definition of the digital strategy to be applied on owned media (portal/social media/app/..), communication channels and paid media
- You’ll oversee and develop marketing actions and online campaigns for different purposes: from direct acquisition, lead generation, upselling, loyalty, to relationship management
- You’ll propose adequate strategies and actions, implement and manage online campaigns; and provide input to the overall marketing plan
You’ll be responsible for:
- The presentation and development of innovative ideas in order to keep an optimized conversion and engagement rates
- Influencing the written and multimedia marketing content of the portal, through a close collaboration with our Editorial Department
- Project management for different local and/or Group developments on a digital level
- The continuous monitoring of our online activities and modifications on them, based on new insights
- A clear reporting of results and analysis for possible optimization
- The budget follow-up of all your campaigns to assure the good ROI
- The creation of a strong know-how on how affiliates work and how to manage them
- The good collaboration with internal and external partners (agencies, )
**Profile**
- You have a Bachelor in Marketing, communications (or equivalent by experience);
- You have a minimum of 4-5 years of experience as a digital marketeer in B 2 C, preferably in a digital agency or with an utilities provider;
- You are bilingual FR/NL with a strong knowledge of English;
- You have a good knowledge of the following areas is a must: Analytic tools, SEO & SEA, Social Media platforms, AdWords, Conversion rate optimization, Traffic Acquisition;
- You have experience in project management with leadership and strong communication skills;
- You are a teamworker with a hands on mentality and networking ability;
- You are creative, out of the box thinker and you have commercial awareness and numerical skills;
- You have work experience with at least a CMS.
