**As our Talent Development & Learning Specialist you have a passion for Learning & Development**
**Main responsibilities and key tasks**
- You search, design and implement effective methods of knowledge sharing and training programs
- You assist in designing, planning and organizing training and development programs to improve individual and organizational performance (both outsourced and in-house)
- You provide guidance to and advise learners on their learning & development journeys
- You develop learning calendars and journeys for individuals and for specific groups of learners
- You assist with day to day operations of the Talent Development & Learning function, including administrative support
- You assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees work behavior
- You periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changes
- You stay abreast of the new trends and tools in employee development
- You will take the role of key user for our learning management system and support the further roll-out globally, including learning administration
- You manage our learning platforms and seek ways to inspire colleagues to sign up for online courses
**Competencies and skills**
- You are familiar with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques, including learning management software, e-learning platforms, providers and LMS/LXP
- You have strong communication skills and excellent organizational skills
- You are hands-on and have a proactive approach
- You are a problem-solver and show decision-making aptitude
- You are a team player
- You have proficiency in MS Office
- You have a first experience in Learning & Development
- You are willing to develop continuously, i.e. you are a learning enthousiast yourself
**Languages**
- You are fluent in English and Dutch (written and spoken)
- Knowledge of any other language is an asset
