The Finance function is currently undergoing a transformation of its financial forecasting technology, with Anaplan as the main planning product.

In support of this transformation and ensuring sustainable processes longer term, we are recruiting for a **Lead Product Analyst Anaplan Engineer - Enterprise Performance Management (EPM)**based in **Belgium** who will support the Anaplan Run State organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Business Problem Understanding**: works with the TPOs and business partners to understand and translate business problems into value case & comprehensive sets of technical requirements for the planning solution spanning process, technology, data, governance, compliance & improved user experience.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor or Master's degree
- 5+ year preferred of relevant experience in defining and documenting requirements, developing and supporting Anaplan solution and supporting finance function
- Great understanding of financial planning, forecasting, and modeling concepts.
- Proficiency in Anaplan's modeling language, formula writing, and scripting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with diverse teams.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with data integration tools and techniques is a plus.
- Experience with all aspects of the product development lifecycle as well as Agile methodology is preferred.
