Product Analyst

Johnson & Johnson Corporate Business Technology (CBT) is seeking for a **Product Analyst Payment **to support the AP Transformation program, which is part of the overall Transact initiative.

The PA (Product Analyst) Payment is part of the Payment Squad team in the overall Transact Invoice to Pay stream and will lead the effort to design solutions that meets the business requirements. The PA understands the Accounts Payable business processes, mainly in the Payment area, and works closely with the business partners and TPO Payment (Technical Product Owner) to deliver the new Payment solution in S/4 Hana, including the integration to bank connectivity modules & external providers such as SWIFT. The PA must have a strong knowledge of the technology used to meet the business requirements. Will facilitate the implementation, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction. Will ensure that the Agile Methodology is the primary option to deliver the IT solution. Supported by the TPO PAY, the PA will deliver the Epics, Features and User Stories to the Scrum Team. Will schedule the demos of the IT solution with the TPM, TPO and business partners. Will support the business during UAT testing, Cut Over Activities and the Go Live.

- Understands development estimates and how levels of effort impact the priority of requirements
- Program oversight
- Partners with Scrum Master and Scrum Team to estimate development effort
- Reports back to the TPO Payment on status of the delivery of features and functionality
- Manage to assure compliance and adherence to all SOX, regulatory and business requirements
- Resolves business and technical challenges to deliver on time, cost and quality and to ensure realization of business benefits
- Effectively communicate expectations and status to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Defining Epics and User Stories
- Prioritize/plan user stories based on story points
- Creation of User acceptance criteria
- Preparation of Cut Over Plan and Go Live

**Qualifications**:
**Required**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Degree
- Minimum 3 years of SAP experience within Accounts Payables with focus on Payment Management
- Ability to translate business requirements into Epics/Stories.
- Requires high degree of independent judgment and decision making
- Strong problem solving, analytical and design skills
- Passionated about taking ownership and driven to move issues and requests into resolution together with your team
- Experience in Accounts Payable business processes and the SAP Central Payments module, including integrations with other SAP modules (FICO, APM) as well as bank connectivity modules & external providers such as SWIFT
- Strong SAP S/4 technology knowledge
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence and Testing Tools
- Ability to manage complexity and ambiguity
- Fluent in English - both written and verbal

**Preferred**:

- Advanced understanding of J&J I/T's technology standards and strategies
- Experience in Heath Care and Science Industry
- Experience with creation of test scripts and defect using test management tools
- Experience with IHC (In-House Cash) and Treasury Payment Factory
- Experience with Supplier Financing solutions
- Previous experience in working in a global, cross-functional capacity team
- Solid written, presentation and verbal communication skills are required.

- Good knowledge of basic accounting principles
