You will join an international and multidisciplinary team of passionate project managers, engineers, and corporate profile. **Unizima** is headquartered in Brussels (Belgium).
**Unizima** is looking for a talented Strategic Marketing Manager to join our growing team, reporting into the Head of Strategy, Marketing and Product.
**Mission**
As Strategic Marketing Manager, you will work on all aspects of strategic, digital and content marketing at a corporate as well as product level. You will own the development and delivery of the strategic and product marketing plans to support business objectives in terms of brand awareness and activation. You will also work closely with the Business Development function to support sales and retention, and with product managers to input into product development.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Own Unizima’s **overall corporate narrative and positioning** and ensure all activities are aligned with our corporate brand, strategy and mission
- Be an expert on our **competitive landscape including products, trends, and technologies **and share insights across the company
- Deliver on **product marketing activities**, in close collaboration with Product Managers: Target market definition & segmentation, competitor analysis, voice of customer research, value proposition, pricing, etc.
- Drive and execute marketing plans including internal and external materials for upcoming product launches as well as lead generation. Deliver product knowledge information, sales tools / enablement materials (presentations, battle cards, etc.) to support Business Development.
- Develop and manage a **content strategy** aligned with our business objectives and product focus areas (key audience, topics, editorial calendar): Steer content creation and copywriting as per the product and content marketing roadmaps, focusing on scientific and technical content (e.g., thought leadership articles, scientific publications, infographics, podcasts, webinars, panels, etc.)with support and input from the broader Unizima team as well as external experts
- Support Unizima leadership with other relevant **internal and external communications** including managing relationships with the board, investors and global health stakeholders
**Your Qualifications**
- Master’s Degree in Marketing or Business Administration with Marketing orientation. Extra degree in biology, biotechnology, or bioprocessing at large is a strong plus
- 5+ years experience in pharma/biotech and/or technology-driven environment
- Demonstrated experience in marketing is a must
- Excellent writing and editing skills in English
- Self-driven and proactive, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks as well as multiple levels of stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail, and analytical thinking skills
- Being up to date with last technology trends, knowledge related to biologics as well as biologics manufacturing is a plus
- Strong understanding of global health stakeholders and landscape is a plus
