**Accountabilities**
- Je staat in voor de dagelijkse leiding en opvolging van de technische dienst. (bestaande uit (elektro)mechaniekers, elektriciens en lassers).
- Je bent budgetverantwoordelijke voor je eigen afdeling.
- Je stelt preventieve en curatieve onderhoudsplanningen op, zowel op korte als lange termijn.
- Je staat in voor de contacten tussen technische diensten, operaties en terminal management
- Je bent ook in contact met machinebouwers en leveranciers.
- Je leidt de werkvergaderingen met de technische dienst en de operaties.
- Je ziet toe op de veiligheids
- en milieureglementering op de terminal.
- Je volgt KPI's, functioneren en welzijn van je team op.

**Gezocht profiel**
- Je bent vlot Nederlandstalig, in spreken en schrijven, een goede kennis van het Engels is een sterke plus, Frans is je ook niet vreemd.
- Je hebt kennis van PLC-sturingen, mechanica, hydraulica, lastechnieken en elektriciteit.
- Je hebt een bachelordiploma in een technische richting.
- Je kan overweg met MS Office en bent pc-vaardig.
- Je denkt service
- en oplossingsgericht.
- Je bent een echte coach voor je team, een people manager.
