**What's the role**:
As a Construction Project Manager you are responsible for managing projects from acquisition to execution, including P&L, contract and risk management, to maximize Share of Wallet (SoW). You will also establish and lead a project capture team.
Your customers and projects will mainly be based in the region of Antwerp. You will also handle international stakeholder management, both externally and internally.

**What does the role involve?**:
Project management
- Understanding and defining the full scope of the project
- Driving end-to-end acquisition and execution of a project (e.g. budgeting, resourcing, reporting, monitoring, fulfillment)
- Taking decisions in a timely manner
Systematic account development- Ability to engage, connect and maintain relationships with multi-level project stakeholders in the account(s)
- Effective planning and identifying needs & opportunities
- Selling the full value proposition (hardware, software, services)
- Negotiation
Navigating through complexity- Defining, prioritizing what needs to be done
- Using the resources available
- Working in a matrix
Indirect or direct leadership- Building and leading the project team

Your key stakeholders will be:
- External : project team along the project lifecycle/value chain (e.g.: owner, contractor, specifier, etc.)
- Interna l : Business Developper, Area Sales Manager, Field Engineering Manager, Account Manager, Field Engineer, Specialist, Legal, amongst others.

**What you need is**:
- Project manager experience with P&L responsibility, preferably in the construction industry or energy & industry segment
- Job site experience in a team lead role (e.g.: supervisor)
- Sales experience in the construction industry
- Fluent in English; Dutch is an asset
