- Orderverwerking voorzien in het ERP systeem.
- Verantwoordelijk voor het inboeken van facturen.
- Samenwerking met de financieel administratief manager.
- Algemene administratie nauwkeurig verwerken waar nodig.
- Telefonisch contact onderhouden met klanten i.v.m. hun bestellingen.
- Jij wordt het eerste aanspreekpunt wanneer klanten en collega's toekomen op het bedrijf.
De hands-on Office Manager die we zoeken voor de zoete KMO in Sint-Gillis-Waas, voldoet ook aan onderstaande eisen:
- Perfect Nederlandstalig.
- Zeer goede kennis van de MS Office pakketten.
- Enkele jaren ervaring in een management functie binnen administratie.
- Sterk in zelfstandig werk, je bent volledig verantwoordelijk voor het kantoor.
- Klantvriendelijkheid, empathisch, communicatief en administratief nauwkeurig typeren jouw werkstijl.
- Vast contract na een positieve interimperiode.
- Zeer mooi salaris gebaseerd op jouw kennen en kunnen.
- Tewerkstelling in een familiale KMO dat in volle groei zit, met fijne collega's en waar je af en toe van de lekkernijen mag proeven.
- Je wordt voltijds op kantoor verwacht in de voormiddag, na een grondige inwerking krijg je de mogelijkheid om in de namiddag van thuis verder te werken.
