Quality Assurance Manager

**Role Purpose**:
The Quality Assurance Manager leads the QA organisation and sets direction for the quality within the plant.
She/He makes sure that the quality management system is implemented, certified and improved continuously. She/He makes sure the quality results are tracked, reviewed and continuously improved. She/He has the delegated product release authority.
**Accountabilities**:
- Implementation and improvement of quality management system, including regulatory/legal requirements, in order to pass all certification audits and external audits
- Improvement of the quality score card measures
- Execution of an effective system for product release, including raw materials, packaging materials and finished products
- Lead the Quality improvement projects and DMAIC projects to reduce internal losses and improve consumer complaints
- Leads, coaches and controls the quality assurance organization, inlcuding Quality Improvement, Quality Systems, Hold&Release, Quality Control and Supplier Quality
- Provides professional input to manufacturing and engineering teams for projects to make sure the quality is compliant with the latest legal and ISO 9001 requirements.
- Owns the 7 core programs with respect to quality and improvement
- Leads the DMAIC part of the CIPO COE
**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**:
- Knowledge and experience in both quality, regulatory and the applicable certifications
- Product and process knowledge for Pringles, organisational knowledge
- Coaching skills
- Orange belt or higher in DMAIC, 6 sigma skills
- Dutch language is required
