Voor onze vestiging in Mechelen (opstart in Aartselaar) zoeken wij een enthousiaste en gedreven Quality/Regulatory Specialist (M/F/X) om ons team te verstreken. Jouw rol? Als Quality/Regulatory Specialist ben jij de motor achter ons kwaliteits- en regelgevingsbeleid. Je zorgt ervoor dat onze organisatie niet alleen voldoet aan de hoogste standaarden, maar ook continu verbetert. Een concrete greep uit je takepakken? Onderhouden, implementeren en verbeteren van ons Quality Management System (QMS) volgens ISO 13485 Uitrollen van een uniform Benelux QMS Opstellen van processen, policies en werkinstructies Monitoren van KPI's, klachten, leveranciersbeoordelingen, CAPA's en audits Uitdagen van de status quo en initiëren van verbeteracties Implementeren van ISO 14001 in België Collega's trainen en bewust maken van QA/RA‐mindset Zorgen voor naleving van wetgeving (MDR, IVDR, Biociden, ...) Beheren van kwaliteitsmailboxen en opvolging garanderen Opzetten en beheren van productbibliotheek en QMS‐processen Vertalen van businessstrategie naar operationele processen Up‐to‐date houden van regelgeving en implementeren van updates Optimaliseren van processen in samenwerking met andere afdelingen Jouw profiel? Je bent een sterke communicator, assertief maar diplomatisch Je kan je bovendien vlot uitdrukken in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels (mondeling en schriftelijk) Je bent proactief, pragmatisch, klantgericht en efficiënt Je kan zelfstandig aan de slag en neemt ownership, maar bent ook een echte teamplayer Ervaring met kwaliteitssystemen is een must. Kennis van MDR-wetgeving of ISO 13485 en ISO 14001 is een plus. Je hebt een (eerste) ervaring met een ERP-systeem. Je bent fulltime beschikbaar. Ons aanbod?
