We are currently looking for a dynamic and problem-solving Webmaster to join our LolaLiza Family
As a Webmaster at LolaLiza, your mission is to ensure we have the best website and online experience. We are building a new webshop and app (in Salesforce PWA, headless), so you will have immediately a key role in the project (especially for testing, but also in support of defining all the specs). As a Webmaster, you are also responsible for the daily management of site monitoring, troubleshooting, and technical support. As a member of the LolaLiza e-commerce team you will work closely with the Online Marketing and Merchandising team, as well as with the Developers and external suppliers. The Webmaster role is part of the e-commerce team at LolaLiza. You report to the E-commerce Manager and will join a team of 7 enthusiast e-commerce professionals.

Your main responsibilities as a Webmaster will be the following:
- Define - together with the Project Manager for the new webshop - the testing scenarios and execute all the testing during the project
- Assist in the definition of the functionalities and the roadmap for future developments in relation to the needs of the targeted audience and the needs of internal stakeholders
- Setup the promotions on the existing e-commerce platform (ex: promo codes, coupons, offers,..) and test them to be sure that they are working correctly
- Regular check of the website/app to identify possible issues
- Use reporting tools and web analytics to report and analyze websites performance
- You manage our Google Analytics environment and reports
- You manage digital channels product flows
- Responsible of SEO & make sure in collaboration with the teams that the guidelines are followed
- Responsible for configurations updates.
- Manage different tools (Salesforce Commerce Cloud, HotJar, GA, Google Tag Manager,...)
- After go-live of the new web shop, define and implement a list of A/B tests to improve conversion
Your profile:
- A Webmaster with already a first experience (2-3 years) in a similar position. E-commerce experience is a must.
- You have a Bachelors’ degree or equivalent in experience
- Knowledge of JSON, CSS, HTML, understanding of Javascript; Salesforce Commerce Cloud is a plus
- Fluent in French or Dutch and English
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical mind, resourcefulness, initiative and strong attention to detail
