Als Technical Admin Support maak je deel uit van ons leuke team en bied je ondersteuning aan het engineeringsteam en dit zowel op administratief vlak als qua technische werkvoorbereiding.

Je wordt tewerkgesteld in onze vestiging te Temse of Herentals, afhankelijk van je woonplaats.

**Jouw takenpakket**:

- Zorgen voor een goed georganiseerd en efficiënte kantooromgeving
- Beheren van dagelijkse operationele taken en afhandelen van correspondentie
- Opmaken en opvolgen van bestelbonnen en facturen
- Assisteren bij algemene aankopen, transporteren, hotelboekingen, projectaankopen,...
- Verzamelen, analyseren en bestellen van benodigde middelen, materialen en hulpmiddelen, in nauw contact met de werfleider
- Fungeren als de verbindende schakel tussen afdelingen
- Efficiënt plannen van afspraken en bewaken van deadlines

**Wat heb je nodig?**
- Basiskennis van elektriciteit en mechanica
- Gedegen kennis van MS office tool zoals Word, Excel en Powerpoint
- Basiskennis Autocad voor correcte interpretatie
- Administratief sterk. Ervaring met Odoo is een plus
- Uitstekende vaardigheden in tijdbeheer
- Communicatief sterk, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
- Goede kennis van NL en ENG, FR is een pluspunt
- Nauwkeurig en aandacht voor detail
- Professioneel klantgericht
