**Your tasks**:
- Design, prepare and monitor ServiceNow automated tests;
- Contribute to the development of a plan to integrate ServiceNow automated testing within the testing process;
- Evaluate tools and technology for automation best fit to the project within the DevSecOps approach;
- Create an approach and methodology for building a test automation architecture;
- Design and develop (new or modified) test automation solutions that meet the business needs;
- Enable the transition of testing from a manual to an automated approach;
- Create automated test reporting and metrics collection.

**Requirements**:
- University degree in IT or relevant discipline, combined with minimum 11 years of relevant working experience in IT;
- Proficiency in navigating and configuring the ServiceNow platform;
- Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cucumber, ServiceNow ATF,);
- Experience with performance and security testing;
- Experience in integrating ServiceNow with other tools and platforms;
- Knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD);
- Knowledge of quality assurance processes and standards to ensure testing accuracy and efficiency;
- Knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs for ServiceNow integration;
- Understanding of ServiceNow’s scripting and automation capabilities, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies;
- Ability to design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for the ServiceNow platform;
- Ability to create comprehensive test plans and test cases;
- Possession of the following certificates would be considered as an asset: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Human Resources, ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD), ISTQB (International Software Testing Qualifications Board), Certified Selenium WebDriver Professional;
- Excellent command of the English language. French would be considered an advantage.
