**DESCRIPTION OF THE TASK**:

- Lead and manage IT development projects within the organization.
- Ensure project objectives are met within scope, budget, and schedule constraints.
- Utilize PM2 (Project Management Methodology) and/or Prince2 methodologies for project planning and execution.
- Establish and maintain project governance frameworks, processes, and standards.
- Develop project charters, plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
- Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders and senior management.
- Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and reviews.
- Manage project documentation and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO (Project Management Office).

**EXPERTISE REQUIRED**:

- Certification in PM2 (Project Management Methodology) and/or Prince2 is essential.
- Proven experience managing IT development projects from initiation to closure.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to lead and motivate project teams to achieve project objectives.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Experience in PMO governance, processes, and standards.
- Continuous learning mindset to stay updated on industry trends and best practices in project management.
