**Profiel**
Als technicus bij de Service Point in Brussel, ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor gebruikers die ondersteuning nodig hebben met hun laptops of MacBooks. Je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden omvatten:
Het vriendelijk onthalen van gebruikers aan het Service Point, luisteren naar hun problemen en behoeften.
Het snel en efficiënt oplossen van incidenten met laptops of MacBooks, met strikte naleving van de vastgestelde procedures.
Het nauwgezet volgen van veiligheidsvoorschriften en procedures tijdens alle aspecten van de werkuitvoering, om zowel de veiligheid van jezelf als die van de gebruikers te garanderen.
**Vaardigheden & kennis**
Je bent in het bezit van een diploma secundair onderwijs derde graad
- Je bent drietalig Nederlands, Frans en Engels: je bent in staat om je uit te drukken in deze 3 talen
- Je hebt interesse in techniek en bent leergierig
- Je hebt kennis van Office, Service Now ITSM, Windows 10, laptop-desktop-MacBook hardware
- Je kunt goed omgaan met je eigen stress en die van de gebruikers
- Je hebt een goed voorkomen en bent makkelijk in de omgang
- Je denkt logisch, werkt efficiënt en bent sterk in probleemanalyse en -oplossing
- Je bent communicatief
