**Compliance Solutions Specialist - Lead the Way in Regulatory Excellence**

As a Compliance Solutions Specialist, you’ll guide leading insurance companies through complex Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Countering the Financing of Terrorism (CFT) requirements. Your expertise will help clients mitigate risks, stay ahead of regulations, and create a lasting impact in the industry.

**Your Role: What You’ll Do**

**1. Collaborate with Clients**
- Partner with insurance companies to design and implement tailored AML/CFT solutions.
- Support the seamless integration of compliance strategies into their operations.

**2. Cross-Functional Partnership**
- Collaborate with internal teams to design, review, and monitor AML/CFT and sanctions detection systems.

**3. Risk Assessments**
- Conduct detailed risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and improvement opportunities.

**4. Policy Development**
- Develop and refine AML/CFT policies in line with evolving regulatory requirements.

**5. Training & Awareness**
- Deliver training sessions to enhance compliance awareness among key stakeholders.

**6. KYC & KYT Activities**
- Lead remediation efforts for Know Your Customer (KYC) processes and monitor Know Your Transaction (KYT) activities.

**7. Internal Controls Testing**
- Evaluate and test internal controls to ensure compliance systems are robust and effective.

**8. Stakeholder Engagement**
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, offering expert guidance and support.

**9. Monitor Regulatory Changes**
- Stay ahead of market trends and regulatory updates, ensuring clients maintain compliance.

**What You Bring to the Table**

**Experience & Skills**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in compliance, business analysis, or project management, focusing on AML/CFT.
- Strong understanding of AML/CFT legal frameworks and regulations.
- Analytical mindset with a proactive and results-driven attitude.
- Fluency in English and either Dutch or French.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage across business levels.
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-changing environment.

Pay: €4.500,00 - €6.900,00 per month
