**Responsibilities**:

- **Project Leadership**: Lead one or more teams to deliver transformation projects, serving as a program, project, or portfolio manager.
- **Client Management**: Manage client relationships and provide guidance and coaching to junior consultants.
- **Strategic Transformation**: Collaborate with clients to transform strategic vision into actionable operating models.
- **Operational Efficiency**: Enhance client operational efficiency and effectiveness by analyzing and refining business processes, incorporating automation where beneficial.
- **Technology Strategy**: Facilitate the translation of business strategy and architecture into technology strategy and architecture, developing various change options.
- **Stakeholder Management**: Manage diverse stakeholder groups, both internally and externally, across functional domains.

Required Profile:

- **Experience**: At least 5 years (or 7 years for Senior Manager) of relevant experience as a consultant, business analyst, or project manager in the insurance sector.
- **People Management**: Demonstrated capabilities as a People Manager.
- **Communication Skills**: Proficient in C-level communication.
- **Project Management**: Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- **Language Proficiency**: Fluency in Dutch, French, and English.
- **Approach**: Proactive and results-oriented approach.
- **Communication**: Professional and effective communication skills, both orally and in writing.
- **Flexibility**: Enjoy a varied job role and possess the flexibility to adapt.
- **Enthusiasm**: Enthusiastic, eager to learn, driven, and customer-oriented, with a deep passion for the insurance industry.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent contract

Pay: €3.500,00 - €8.000,00 per month
