Transformation Business Internal Consultant

The Transformation department is seeking to appoint a Business Consultant to work on the execution of our transformation plan by delivering pecific projects/initiatives.

As a Business Consultant, you will be tasked with carrying out analyses in your area of expertise paving the way for the implementation of projects and initiatives aimed at improving the Customer and Retailer experience and achieving the organisation's strategic objectives.
- In line with the project's business objectives, you will identify/define the scope of the demand (needs), taking into account the organisation's strategic objectives, thus allowing management to set priorities.
- In collaboration with the Program/Project Manager, you will estimate the cost, schedule and resources needed to move onto the next stage of the project; you will also secure the effective cooperation of the teams involved in the project to ensure that it runs smoothly.
- You will take an active part in producing project deliverables, propose appropriate solutions and report on all aspects of the project to ensure that it meets organisational requirements, methodology and quality standards (= on time, on budget, on scope, on quality).
- You will be required to carry out studies in your area of expertise designed to meet the demands of the Business.
- In line with customer expectations, you will constantly push for the simplification of processes and the improvement of their quality so as to provide internal and external customers with an optimal, simple and fluid service.

**Your Profile**
- Minimum 3 years' relevant experience
- Knowledge of project management methodologies is a great asset.
- Good analytical and critical thinking skills
- Fluency in one of the 2 national languages (French/Dutch) and a good knowledge of the second languages as well as of English; bilingualism is a plus.
