Key Responsibilities:
- **Transformation Leadership**: Lead transformation projects and collaborate with clients to translate strategies into actionable plans.
- **Operational Efficiency**: Improve operational efficiency through process analysis and automation.
- **Business and Technology Alignment**: Align business and technology architectures to drive change.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Engage with stakeholders across functional domains.
**Requirements**:
- **Experience**: Minimum 3 years' experience in insurance, business analysis, or project management.
- **Attributes**: Proactive, results-oriented, and adaptable.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong communication skills in English and either Dutch or French.
- **Teamwork**: Ability to work independently and in teams.
- **Passion**: Passionate about insurance and committed to customer satisfaction.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent contract
Pay: €4.000,00 - €6.000,00 per month
