**Dit is jouw topjob**:
Binnen de business line Broker Channel & Non Life Development fungeert het team Business Solutions Claims als brug tussen de behoeften van de business en de IT-teams, in de context van schadebeheer Niet-leven. Dit team werkt aan projecten voor de ontwikkeling, transformatie en verbetering van de toepassingen en tools die dagelijks worden gebruikt door interne beheerders, onze distributiepartners, onze klanten en de verschillende partijen die bij een schadegeval betrokken zijn (experts, autoriteiten, andere verzekeraars enz.).

Om dit team te versterken en te helpen bij onze digitaliseringsprojecten, zijn we op zoek naar een **Senior Business Analyst**.
- Je staat in voor de dagelijkse opvolging van je projecten en beheert ze **proactief**. Je houdt de planning en budgetten onder controle.
- Je analyseert de behoeften, **definieert de beste oplossingen** en beschrijft de vereisten.
- Je zorgt voor **het testen en opvolgen** van je projecten en garandeert de kwaliteit ervan.
- Je **communiceert** duidelijk en constructief met de verschillende betrokkenen en met het management.
- Je vergemakkelijkt **de samenwerking** en fungeert als doorgeefluik tussen de IT-teams, de andere businesses (Marketing, Operations, Process, Legal enz.) en onze externe partners.
- Dankzij je **ervaring** en algemene visie challenge, coach en begeleid je de leden van het projectteam in hun verschillende taken.

- Je bent kritisch ingesteld, hebt oog voor detail en legt vlot verbanden tussen verschillende concepten.
- Je bent gestructureerd, georganiseerd en hebt ervaring met projectbeheer.
- Je valt op door je communicatie
- en samenwerkingsvaardigheden.
- Een 'compromis op zijn Belgisch' is je niet vreemd, maar je houdt wel altijd je einddoel voor ogen.
- Je schrijft en spreekt vlot Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
- Kennis op het gebied van verzekeringen Niet-leven of schadebeheer is een plus.
- Je hebt een universitair diploma of een gelijkwaardige beroepservaring.
