Sopra Steria is looking for a **Senior Business Analyst **so strengthen its team

**Your mission**:
In an Agile framework, you will evolve as a Business Analyst/Process Engineer to contribute to the implementation of new solutions (process, tools) and participate to the maintenance of the existing solutions.

You will manage opus/feature defined in collaboration with the Product Owner and the business stakeholders in order to define and implement the most relevant solution by defining the necessary requirements, putting in place the necessary change management plan and executing some end to end testing.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Work in close collaboration with the relevant experts to support and challenge them with defining the product concept, detailed processes and/or conceptual and functional architecture
- Identify business needs
- Define and execute business test scenarii
- Provide support during business and user testing and assist with the organization of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) where applicable
- Make and maintain sufficient (simple, understandable, easy consulting, ) documentation needed for a uniform execution, incident solving and support

**Your profile and experience**:

- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Experience with conceptual modeling techniques and methods
- Good expertise in MS Office
- Good understanding of Octane (testing tool)
- Knowledge of Archibus is a plus
- Good understanding of work flow processes
- Analytical mind, conceptual thinking, structured approach
- Team player, open to change
