Nexeo is currently looking for a Senior Business Analyst – Regulatory Capital (Basel IV / RWA)Our offerYou will work as a consultant on challenging regulatory and transformation projects within the banking sector.We offer variety, long-term projects and continuous learning opportunities to support your career development.Hybrid working model (50% onsite / 50% remote).Your profileMinimum 3 years of experience in banking.Strong expertise in Regulatory Capital & RWA frameworks (CRR/CRD, Basel).Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst and/or in PMO / coordination roles on regulatory programs.Solid understanding of Risk, Finance and Banking processes.Strong data analysis skills (SQL or equivalent is a plus).Fluent in French and Dutch; English as working language.You enjoy working in complex environments and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.You are structured, autonomous, analytical and communication-driven.
