Nexeo Belgium is a consulting company supporting clients in the banking, finance, insurance, and public sectors throughout their transformation projects.We are currently looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join the Fraud Cluster within the Customer Servicing and Efficiency Tribe of a leading bank.Mission ContextThe Fraud Cluster provides tools and coordinates bank-wide strategy to prevent and detect fraud. The BA will lead business analysis activities, act as Opus/Feature owner, and support Agile ideation and refinement (EPIC/OPUS). You will work closely with business, tech, and stakeholder teams to ensure efficient, future-oriented fraud prevention solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead business analysis for end-to-end features and opuses (Opus/Feature owner)Gather, challenge, and document business needs, ensuring alignment with strategy and customer experienceFacilitate Agile ideation and refinement workshopsTranslate business requirements into functional specifications for target solutionsSupport end-to-end testing, report on progress, defects, and risksAssist in change management and solution adoption at go-liveIdentify and manage constraints, risks, and impediments transparentlyProfileLanguagesDutch – FluentFrench – FluentEnglish – FluentEducationMaster's degree or equivalent experienceExperience & Technical SkillsMandatory6+ years of experience in business analysisExperience with Agile ideation/refinement techniques and Opus/Feature ownershipExpertise in MS Office, including data visualizationContribution to testing and functional analysisPreferredKnowledge of fraud detection and prevention in bankingFunctional and technical understanding of solutionsSoft SkillsAnalytical, curious, and efficiency-orientedStrong ownership and autonomyTeam player with excellent stakeholder managementCustomer-centric and structuredProblem-solving mindset and adaptable to change
