**Introductie**:
Voor een specialist binnen projectsourcing en werving & selectie van wetenschappelijke profielen binnen de pharma industry zoeken we een Business Developer.
De uitvalsbasis voor deze functie is Leuven.
**Jobomschrijving**:
- Je brengt de markt in kaart van de Pharma Industry met bedrijven die nood kunnen hebben aan wetenschappelijke profielen en contacteert hen om een mogelijke samenwerking uit te bouwen;
- Je werkt samenwerkingsvoorstellen op maat uit en onderhandelt de voorwaarden tot het closen van de deal. Ook meewerken aan grote tenders behoort tot het takenpakket;
- De nieuwe opdrachten bespreek je met jouw collega's die instaan voor het rekruteringsproces van deze profielen;
- Daarnaast ga je ook op zoek naar mogelijke projecten voor beschikbare consultants;
- Je volgt de samenwerking met klanten op en zorgt voor een algemene tevredenheid.
**Profiel**:
- Je kan terugblikken op een eerste commerciële ervaring binnen een wetenschappelijk vakgebied;
- Ervaring met prospecteren binnen de sector van pharmabedrijven is een must;
- Je hebt ook ervaring met tendermanagement en lang termijn contacten;
- Je luistervaardigheid zorgt ervoor dat je de behoeften en noden van prospecten kan omzetten naar een gepaste oplossing;
- Je bent ondernemend, zelfsturend en je kan autonoom werken;
- Je hebt een zeer vlotte kennis Nederlands én Engels.
