Joining Nalys means becoming part of a dynamic, collaborative, and forward‐thinking team that values excellence, innovation, and personal growth.About the RoleFor one of our key partners in the pharmaceutical sector located near Brussels, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives within the logistics, data analytics, and digital transformation scope.In this role, you will act as a central coordinator between business stakeholders, technical teams, logistic partners, and data experts to deliver high‐impact projects that streamline reporting, optimize data flows, and support operational excellence. You will bridge business needs with technical realities, ensuring execution quality, governance, and clear communication across all contributors.Key ResponsibilitiesConsolidate and optimize all logistics KPIs and reporting into a unified platform Reduce a large number of existing reports by transitioning from descriptive/diagnostic insights to predictive/prescriptive analyticsCoordinate technical developers, analytics teams, business SMEs, and system ownersApply the appropriate project methodology ensuring efficient collaboration and progress.Understand system and data structures to challenge deliverables and influence solution designBuild governance slide decks and ensure structured reportingManage change across multiple stakeholders and ensure strong project cadenceLead the transition of vaccines data into the logistics environmentCoordinate logistics and data stakeholders to reach a common, reliable data sourceAssess and communicate efficiency gains and performance improvementsEnsure interfaces are well‐defined for accurate reportingOversee governance processes and develop supporting materialsCollaborate with analytics, technical, and operational teams on KPIs, reporting, and system improvements.Skills & QualificationsYou hold a Master's degree or equivalent experience in engineering, IT, supply chain, or related fieldYou have a minimum of 7 years experience in project management within pharma, supply chain, or data‐related environmentsYou have a strong understanding of logistics flows, KPI management, and logistics ecosystemsYou act as an expert with data analytics, BI tools, and ERP systems such as SAPYou are able to translate business needs into technical requirements and vice‐versaExcellent stakeholder management, communication, and change‐management capabilitiesYou have an analytical mindset with strong problem‐solving skillsYou are able to work in a dynamic, fast‐paced, multi‐stakeholder environment.Recruitment ProcessBy applying through Nalys, you will go through our structured recruitment process:First screening with Olivia Braszko, Talent Acquisition SpecialistTechnical interview with our Technical Director and the TA TeamFinal meeting with the Business Unit Director.Ready to drive transformation in pharma logistics?If you are passionate about managing complex, data‐driven projects and want to contribute to impactful initiatives within a global pharmaceutical environment, we'd love to hear from you
