We get a lot of interest from companies ordering Loop earplugs for their employees or clients. And to grow this potential, we need a **B2B partnership manager **to professionalize our offer - and we want to find out whether that manager could be you. So shall we get stuck in?
**Your experience resonates with us**
You’re the B2B partnership manager that has it all. You are a born **sales** **hunter** with **strategic** **insight**, **business** **acumen**, and sharp agility. You combine ambition with a constructive and **can-do attitude **which is why you’re constantly driving for results and **seeking new opportunities** for us. As the first commercial profile in the Loop team, you bring new and complementary competencies which elevate everyone who works around you.
Your **experience** in a similar role such as B2B direct sales or key account management means that you can hit the ground running. You’re experienced in defining B2B **growth** **strategies**, **go-to-market tactics**, and **action** **plans** - which is huge for us.
You’re also a dab hand at driving opportunities, managing a sales pipeline, and exceeding your quotas. And your excellent understanding of **P&L and pricing strategies** puts you clear of the rest.
All of this quality experience helps you to carry out one of the most important parts of your job**:researching and highlighting potential **new **B2B** **customers** with ease, and keeping our existing ones happy. You show a clear understanding of what needs to be done, and how you’re going to do it.
**Your collaboration is pitch perfect**
You have a strong sense of **autonomy**, because from day one you’ll find yourself in the driver’s seat - steering the B2B partnership potential towards success. But you work in a group just as well as you do by yourself. The growth, product, operations, and customer happiness **teams** all love the **collaborative** **mindset** and **energetic** **drive** you bring to the table. You work closely together with Stijn, our partnership specialist, and report directly to Anouk, our senior partnership manager, to strive for the full potential behind each and every partnership.
Together with the operations team, you rapidly define and implement customization strategies and pricing structures. And that’s mostly down to your ability to clarify and **negotiate** complex proposals, figure out the correct price setting, and seal the deal each time.
**Requirements**:
We think we might be on to something here, but first, there are a couple of non-negotiable requirements that we have:
- You’re confident, have strong presentation skills - both written and verbal - and you’re fluent in English. If you speak any other languages then that would be pretty cool too.
- You’re willing to travel to our Antwerp office. It’s where our Partnership team is based and we’re a social bunch.
