**Jobinhoud**:
- Voor één van de meest toonaangevende logistieke bedrijven gaan we op zoek naar een **IT support voor de apps & infrastructuur**. Je zorgt dat de **bestaande applicaties onderhouden blijven (zowel technisch als functioneel)**, en zorgt voor de **installatie en updates **ervan. Daarnaast sta je ook in voor de **database**. Verder bestaat jouw takenpakket uit: _
- Gebruikersondersteuning
- Ondersteuning bij het opstellen van nieuwe developmentprojecten op basis van de noden van gebruikers
- Begeleiding allerhanden IT projecten
- Training van de verschillende key users
- Eerstelijns & tweedelijns functionele support
- Aanspreekpunt bij technische problemen m.b.t. de infrastructuur (printers, scanners, computers,..)
**Wie zoeken we**:
- Je hebt minstens een bachelor diploma Toegepaste Informatica
- Je kan rekenen op minstens 2 jaar ervaring
- Je hebt uitsteknde kennis NL en ENG
- Je hebt kennis van Oracle & SQL
- Je bent analytisch en probleemoplossend ingesteld
- Je bent flexibel en bereidt om jezelf te verplaatsen naar verschillende vestigingen in België
