**Functieomschrijving**:
- Je **volgt de bestelling op** vanaf de aanvraag tot aan de levering
- Je volgt **aanvragen **op, maakt **offertes **en **bereidt de orders voor**:
- Je regelt **verzendingen **samen met vaste transport partners
- Je **factureert **en volgt de betalingen op
- **J**e staat klanten bij met hun vragen**:
- In rustige periodes verzamel je **gegevens van potentiele klanten** en help je de website en technische fiches van nieuwe producten up to date houden
**Functie eisen**:
- Je hebt een vlotte kennis van **Nederlands, Frans en Engels** om nationale en internationale klanten op te volgen
- Je bent **accuraat **en volgt alles nauwgezet op
- Je bent **servicegericht**:
- Je bent **respectvol en behulpzaam voor je collega's**
**Functie aanbod**:
- Bovenop een motiverend loon krijg je maaltijdcheques van 8 euro

- ** 1 week collectief verlof in augustus, de rest kan je vrij kiezen**:

- Werkuren van **8u tot 12 en van 13u tot 17u en **op vrijdag start je weekend al om 16u**:
- ** Af en toe is er ook een activiteit met de collega's**, de boog moet niet altijd gespannen zijn
