Marketing Operations Manager

At Alcon we work hard to drive a culture of excellence within our marketing function. Focusing on building a more process and analytical approach to marketing, we are looking to appoint our first Marketing Operations Manager.
- What will I be doing:

- Driving local adoption and execution of key marketing campaigns. Working with senior commercial leaders across sales and marketing to shape content, messaging and toolkits to drive market share growth and success in the Benelux cluster
- Project managing new campaigns, brand and product launch activities ensuring all logístical elements are completed. Remove barriers to ensure sales teams have the tools, knowledge and information needed to deliver great returns on our ever-expanding portfolio
- Shaping how we use analytics and driving a data driven culture within our teams and operations. Set up and create workflows with support of digital teams to have all stakeholders understand both strengths and weaknesses of campaigns executed via our sales team at customer and consumer level. Actioning lessons learned and play a pivotal role driving a continuous improvement and test and learn mentality
- Work with our International Marketing Group to share best practices and process change requirements to drive higher levels of consistency. Suggest and recommend new tools and technology to improve the levels of self service and marketing automation in the region.
- Own demand forecasting for all products within the portfolio to deliver on our wins as our market share grows. Partner with teams across finance, supply, and customer service to ensure our overarching customer experience is seamless.

- Set a new standard in Benelux on how marketing should work, optimizing how we operate and act as a key individual to drive our new strategy
- Roll out successful ideas and concepts on a cluster, European or global scale
- Be the champion of analytics-based approaches, creating new standards in how we better understand our customers and their needs.
