L’asbl **Cohezio** est un des plus grands **Services Externes pour la Prévention et la Protection au travail** qui propose une assistance professionnelle dans la réalisation de la politique du bien-être des employeurs en veillant sur la santé de leurs travailleurs et en les aidant dans la gestion des risques présents dans leur entreprise. Afin de remplir ces missions, nous faisons appel à des spécialistes issus des cinq domaines de la loi sur le bien-être. Ces cinq domaines sont : la sécurité du travail, la santé, l’ergonomie, l’hygiène du travail et les aspects psychosociaux du travail. **Cohezio **compte 500 collaborateurs et est certifié ISO 9001:2015. Pour renforcer notre équipe ICT à Bruxelles nous cherchons un/une: **Applications & Reporting Support Officer** **Votre fonction** Plus concrèt: - Vous gérez des incidents : diagnostiquer la situation, évaluer la priorité d’action et assurer le suivi de la mise en place de solutions. - Vous gérez la plateforme LMS (Learning Management Systems) : gérer les utilisateurs (inscription, affectation à un ou plusieurs groupes) et diffuser les modules de formation. - Vous gérez des incidents concernant les rapports Excel mis à disposition aux collaborateurs. - Vous participez à la conception de nouveaux rapports Excel et à l’amélioration des rapports existants. **Votre profil** - Vous avez obtenu un diplôme niveau bachelier ou équivalent par expérience. - Idéalement vous avez quelques ans d’expérience dans une fonction helpdesk - Vous avez une très bonne connaissance d’excel (formules, tableaux croisés dynamiques,) et une bonne connaissance générales de MS Office. - Connaissance de SQL est un atout. - Vous disposez d’excellentes compétences communicatives.
