**Description de l'emploi**
Pulsar Consulting is currently looking for two talented confirmed Technical Project Manager, having minimum 8-10 years of practical experience, skilled in the following:
Required:

- **.Net + C#** (.NET 2, 3, 4, ASP, ASP.NET, ASP-MVC4, Entity-Framework, MVVC, WinForms, etc.).
- **WEB** (**CSS3, HTML5, Javascript**, AJAX, JQuery, Redux/Mobx, Typescript, Bootstrap, Backbone, etc.).
- **Angular**.
- **Databases** (Oracle, SQL Server, My SQL, PostGreSQL), DML, DDL.
- **DevOps**, CI/CD, pipelines.

Nice-to-Have:

- **Xamarin** (Mobile, iOS, Android).
- **Industrial**, Real Time, On-board, TCP/IP, **Sockets, drivers,** detectors, sensors,** industrial interfaces** to devices and other systems, etc.
- **Unit Testing.**:

- **Cyber-security/Pentests.**:

- React, React Mobile.
- Geolocalization, Maps, Big Data, Floating Car Data (FCD), etc.
- Internet Of Things (LoRa, SigFox, NB-IOT, etc.).
- Artificial Intelligence (Tensor Flow, image recognition, Yolo, etc.).

**Votre profil**
- Senior developer and/or architect.
- Experienced with business and functional analysis.
- Several years’ experience in managing development project with several team members (full lifecycle: analysis, developments, tests/validations, production migration and follow-up, maintenance).
- Able to prioritize and to manage multiple tasks on various projects, at ease, within a collaborative team and peer programming style (one-self tasks, and each member tasks).
- Maturity to deal with customers and partners, based on the win-win and result-oriented principles.
- Positive mind-set and sense of humor.
- Stress resistance.
- Fluent in French and English, Dutch is a plus.
- Having excellent communication skills.
