Onze klant, een softwareorganisatie met specialisatie in digitale toepassingen voor de publieke sector, is op zoek naar een **In-House Customer Succes Manager** om het klantenteam te versterken. De organisatie ontwikkelt toepassingen voor overheidsopdrachten en facilitair beheer en is marktleider binnen haar segment.

Vanuit het hoofdkantoor in de regio Antwerpen staat de Software Support Expert in voor de eerstelijnsondersteuning van gebruikers. Binnen deze functie combineer je klantgerichtheid met analytisch inzicht en bouw je een diepgaande kennis op van het softwarepakket. Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s van Customer Success en Sales, en bent verantwoordelijk voor het correct en efficiënt opvolgen van klantvragen.

**Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruitzien?**:

- Je fungeert als eerste aanspreekpunt voor functionele vragen van klanten over de software.
- Je analyseert meldingen, lost problemen op en biedt ondersteuning bij het dagelijks gebruik van de toepassingen.
- Je ondersteunt Customer Success Managers en Sales Managers in het onderhouden van klantenrelaties.
- Je bewaakt de klantentevredenheid en volgt dossiers nauwgezet op.
- Je ondersteunt bijkomende taken zoals het organiseren van opleidingen, verzenden van mailings, uitvoeren van tests en administratieve ondersteuning.

- Je beschikt over een **masterdiploma**, de richting is van ondergeschikt belang
- Je bent analytisch sterk en brengt structuur aan in complexe vraagstukken.
- Naast het Nederlands, ben je** vloeiend in het Frans**
