We are looking for an **Operational Excellence Lead** who is proactive, analytical, and collaborative to join our Braine Pharma Manufacturing team, based at our UCB campus located in Braine-l'Alleud, Belgium.

**About the role**
You will lead operational excellence initiatives and improve performance using Lean - 6 Sigma principles. You will deploy the Operational Excellence model and culture, preparing for the future by achieving operational goals.

**Who you will work with**
You will collaborate with the BPM Head of Pharma Manufacturing Excellence and the BPM OE community to develop, implement, and improve business processes towards excellence.

**What you will do**
- You will comply with safety rules and support initiatives for a safer and greener environment.
- You will ensure compliance with UCB policies and monitor business risks.
- You will deploy strategic alignment within BPM departments using Hoshin Kanri.
- You will assist department heads in managing their Balanced Score Card (BSC).
- You will support BPM teams in reaching their objectives through Lean 6 Sigma tools.
- You will manage multiple OE initiatives respecting governance, budget, and timelines.

**Interested? For this role, we are looking for the following education, experience, and skills**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Expertise in Lean Management and basic 6 Sigma (Green Belt certification is a plus).
- Ability to lead and work in cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer and results-oriented, proactive, and resilient.
- Fluent in French and basic English.
