**About the Role**
We are currently seeking a **ServiceNow - Knowledge Manager / Tester (Medior)** to join one of our high-impact projects within the **European Commission**. In this role, you will leverage your ServiceNow expertise to support both **Knowledge Management** and **Testing** activities, ensuring optimal performance, usability, and documentation across key ITSM modules.
You will also contribute to continuous improvement efforts by automating test scenarios (using ATF) and providing hands-on configuration, support, and deployment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Troubleshoot and improve existing ServiceNow ITSM modules: Incident, Service Request, Problem, Change, Service Level Management, Self-Service Portal, and Knowledge Management
- Configure, deploy, and administer the ServiceNow platform, including monitoring and supervision
- Coordinate and execute updates, patches, and release deployments, while managing the change and release processes
- Support and improve Knowledge Management processes and workflows (including documentation standards and end-user experience)
- Develop and maintain automated test scenarios using **ATF (Automated Test Framework)**:
- Test business user stories, identify errors, and ensure regression testing coverage
- Maintain detailed documentation related to test cases, knowledge base articles, and system changes
**Education & Experience**
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience working with ServiceNow platforms, primarily in **ITSM and Knowledge Management**:
- Experience working in complex, structured environments, ideally within public sector or international institutions
**Certifications (Required or Preferred)**
- **ITIL Foundation** (required)
- **ServiceNow System Administrator** certification (required)
- **ATF (Automated Test Framework)** certification and practical experience (preferred)
**Skills & Competencies**
- Strong understanding of **ServiceNow ITSM** modules and their interdependencies
- Experience in **business testing**, identifying issues, and managing testing cycles
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, ServiceManager)
- Clear, structured approach to documentation and knowledge base creation
- Mindset of a **business analyst** with a strong focus on quality assurance and usability
**Languages**
- **Fluent in English and French**, both written and spoken (mandatory)
