**Jouw verantwoordelijkheden**:

- Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten aan de telefoon en in de showroom.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor volgende onderdelen:

- Allround administratie
- Rapportage van boekhoudkundige cijfers
- Projectmatige marketing (zowel sociale media, website, als gedrukte marketing in samenwerking met ons extern marketingbureau)
- Verzekeringen
- Wagenpark
- Preventie (samen met ons extern preventiekantoor en de preventieverantwoordelijke
- Je ondersteunt de projectverantwoordelijken bij hun projecten.
- Je voert deze taken uit voor onze vestiging Biwood en SD Luxury Living. Jouw werkplaats zal voornamelijk bij Biwood in Herentals zijn.

**Wie we zoeken**:

- Je hebt minimum 2 jaar relevante werkervaring m.b.t. administratie.
- Je bent een echte teamplayer, gedreven en resultaatgericht.
- Je begrijpt cijfers en kan goed data analyseren.
- Je bent communicatief sterk en stressbestendig.
- Je werkt nauwkeuring, gestructureerd en hebt verantwoordelijkheidszin.
- Je bent leergierig en kan je flexibel inzetten.
- Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Office pakket.
- Discretie is een absolute vereiste, je werkt dagelijks met vertrouwelijke informatie.
